I need a companion caretaker for my mother.

Please note this is a part-time position, around 12 hours per week, preferably Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday but negotiable.

I need someone who will encourage her to take long walks. There is a beautiful walking path a block away from where we live, so walking will be easy. I need someone who will enthusiastically partner with her to do light cleaning because she enjoys that. It's also essential to be talkative and engaging, and to be proactive assisting her with difficult tasks such as getting up from her chair, reaching for items that are too high or too low, etc.

She feels a light dizziness often, so she may need help with balancing. May also need assistance with clothing like socks, shoes or sweaters/coats.

A Spanish speaking care giver is preferable but not necessary. It would be nice for my mother to practice her Spanish.
