We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Care Aids to join our team and provide exceptional care to the individuals residing at our facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed

Monitor residents health status and report any changes to medical professionals

Administer medications as prescribed and track medication schedules

Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation

Offer companionship and emotional support

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a home health care setting is a plus, but not required

Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy and patience

Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform daily care tasks.
