Needs to be taken out of bed at 7 AM.Needs assistance to be stretched lightly before being taken out of bed and transferred into wheelchair. Then give breakfast and give AM medications then take to potty and shower there after. Needs assistance in transferring onto and off toilet and in and out of shower. Wash hair twice a week. Apply lotion after shower. Assist, putting clothes on. Put shoes and socks on. Administer eyedrops. Wash daily CPAP equipment, fill water and leave at the desk.
Occasional doctors visits. Transportation provided need to take in my vehicle. Needs to complete any paperwork out to visit and whatever assistance needed.
Light massages.
