Requires daily assistance with bathing, shaving, grooming, and all personal hygeine. Needs light house keeping for bathroom, bedroom, change chiar bedding weekly, kitchen, dining, and livingroom. Wash/fold and put up clothes. Assist with making calls for doctor/ putting in scripts/ writing calendar reminders for appts. Assist and make sure daily activities. Exercise-walking, ride indoor bike, OT/PT movements. Needs rides to and from medical appts./Pharmacy or labs/ stretch/ ocassional grocery store/outings- hobby lobby, walmart for mani/pedi, as needed, Sénior Center, etc. Companion care & interaction. Fall risk and on oxygen. CPR/First Aide/Good at Communication/Excellent Driver must have own transportation and current insurance/good/safe driver. Must get your own health/vision/dental insurance. No employee benefits offered. Payments will come from Veteran Directed Care Program Payroll System.
