Short-term, at-home care for father-in-law until he relocates to a retirement community in 6-8 weeks. We would like someone to check on him during the week for a few hours to provide relief to local family members. He has mobility and memory issues and we are concerned for his safety in his current home (particularly going up and down stairs). Ensure medication is taken, transportation to appointments or errands (doctor, grocery store, etc.), check in on his home environment and alert us to any needs (repairs, cleaning, etc.)
