Help post-knee replacement surgery

We need someone to help with our father, who just got knee replacement surgery on Tuesday, April 22nd.
He needs help getting his compression socks off/on each day, reminders for medicine and to get up and walk every 1.5-2 hours, help with bathing (sponge baths until Monday - then a shower on Monday).
Someone to spot him as he takes his 5-10 minute walks, and companionship.

- Somewhat receptive to outside help
- Age range: 75 to 84 years old
