Need someone to care for elder with the following conditions: 1) Dementia, 2) cannot walk 3) has a superpubic cathether 3) bowel incontinence 4) hard at hearing

some of the services needed 1) fix meals for breakfast and lunch. provide snacks 2) clean body and change clothes daily 3) change and clean after bowel movements 4) use houyer lift to transfer to chair and back to bed. 5) companion. 6) encourage eating 7) encourage light exercise 8) encourage small moter skill excercises.
