We need someone for my father to do the following -
* Help take a shower and go to the bathroom (he has a catheter)
* Prepare meals and pick up groceries
* Give prescriptions (not prepare prescriptions)
* Sometimes provide transportation and pick up groceries (you can use his car).
We may start with a few hours a day. Someone needs to be in the house most of the time. Family members have agreed to take 'shifts' but we would like Home Care for the items above.

We are also strongly looking at Skilled Nursing facilities.
