I currently live with my mom helping take care of her. She has moderate dementia. It is becoming a little harder at this time balancing work and taking care of things that she needs while I am at work. At this time, I am looking for some help during the day on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesday and every other Wednesday. She does take some medications for her blood pressure and heart in the mornings and evenings. She is able to take care of herself with regards to getting cleaned up and dressed. She just forgets about eating at times and not taking her dog (Cali is a Black Labrador) out to use the bathroom or for walks. My mom loves to go out for lunch, but she can't drive anymore. So, if possible, looking for somebody to take her out to eat occasionally.
