Home help when I'm in the office

My mom had a stroke last year, is diabetic and is on a walker. She is a fall risk. I am looking for someone to come in 1-2 times a week, help her bathe, get food, check her sugar, get some exercise even just walking around the house. I work in office 3 days a week and it might go to 5 days a week so I need help. I'm exhausted.
