I am a healthy woman in my 30's freezing my eggs tomorrow. I have done this once already. I will be alert and able to walk on my own. The office requires someone to escort the patient to the train/uber. This will be a very easy and quick job. I will pay $50 for 10:30-11:30 (though it will not take that long). It is by Columbus Circle (A/C/B/D/1 train). No further requirements.
