Mother is 61 currently undergoing chemo for stage 4 cancer. She is having difficulty managing day to day tasks including: transitioning from her bedroom to living room, remembering to take her medications, difficulty preparing simple foods for her meals, laundry, etc. She also has a colostomy bag which she can manage herself to change and empty. The difficulty we are having now is due to chemo is needs additional support if an accident occurs. That would include changing her bedding and helping her change clothes and getting into the shower. The hope is the additional help during the week will allow our family to reduce the amount of stress during the work day for us.
