Hi! My dad is having some back problems that are affecting his mobility. For the next 8 or so weeks we are looking for some afternoon/evening help.

Ideally this person could pick him up from work around 4pm, bring him home, get dinner together, feed pets (cat and dog) and see if he needs anything else. He has a weekly cleaning crew, but this might include some light house work (like laundry once a week). This position will also likely involve some grocery shopping and other (minimal) errands.

We’re thinking 4-5 days a week from 4-6:30.

For meals, he is diabetic so doesn’t eat carbs/sugars-so meat and veggie dishes! Other than that he isn’t picky! And he doesnt need a new meal every night (leftovers are great!), so maybe 3 meals a week.

For transportation, given his mobility limitations, we are hoping for someone with a van or suv (he will probably struggle getting out of a sedan). But if you only have a sedan that is ok! we just might figure out another person to do transportation.
