My mom, Carolyn, is in good physical health but her memory is fading. She needs social engagement and interaction. This could include going for walks, having lunch, and accompaniment to the senior center about 1/2 mile away. This would also include transportation for food shopping (help her stick to the shopping list), transportation to medical appointments, and assistance in picking up prescriptions (usually grocery store pharmacy).

Initially, we are thinking 2-3 times per week.
