Companion care 2-3x week from approximately 9:30a -1p (estimate) to take my mom to Valley YMCA (6 minutes away from my house) to go to the Silver Sneakers class from 10:45-11:30a -OR- go to the Valley local library to check out magazines or a book (6 min away from my house). She 82yo, 5'2", 100lbs. She is a little unsteady (history of stroke in 2020, and has parkinsons) and may need assistance in the silver sneakers class. She does have a walker and portable wheelchair if the caregiver would like to use that to make it easier. Once back from the gym, if able to help microwave a meal for her to eat so that she can have lunch before taking a nap. I work from home but am in online meetings most days, so can assist with having lunch (and/or breakfast) ready to go when the caregiver comes.
