Recent diagnosis of Dementia. Very independent and healthy. Need assistance with laundry, transportation to grocery, senior center and hair appt. Meal planning and light housework.
Reminder to bath and eat as well as companionship. She can care for self with dress, hygiene and eating but needs reminders.
