My father-in-law has ALS and is starting to need around-the-clock care. We are looking for someone to help take care of him, especially overnight, if possible. We would be open to daytime care as well.

Ideally, we'd like someone who can help move him from his chair to bed, go to the bathroom, etc. It would be great if this person can administer medication and food through his feeding tube. We would also want this person to have experience working with severely disabled people.

He still has some function of his limbs, but he is losing strength rapidly and can no longer speak or eat food orally.

First aid and CPR certifiation would be ideal, but not necessary.
