Help is requested on a long-term basis for Dan, who is 80 yo and has balance issues after falling about one year ago. Dan also has early-stage dementia, with attendant short-term memory issues.

As Dan is a proud retired MD, he is unreceptive to care. So initially the caregiver will be helping Srirupa, his wife, as well, as they get to know the family. Initial needs are estimated to be 2-4 hours, 3 times a week.
