Assistance for 83 year old, generally healthy woman with no cognitive issues who was just released from hospital and will need help for several weeks doing light chores, laundry, shopping for groceries and cooking.

It would also be helpful if the person had basic medical training so they could take her pulse and observe whether she is energetic or not or coughing to ensure she is not backsliding.

If the care giver could come once a day for 2-3 hours for 1-2 weeks, that would be very helpful.
