We are looking for a very high functioning person to care for my father and mother and manage their care: daily caregivers, groceries, medicine, attend medical appointments. They live in a townhouse in Needham MA. My father (91) has late stage dementia and is blind. My mother (90) has some memory loss and needs assistance but not all the time. We have caregivers for my father 10 hours a day. We are looking for someone who can provide concierge care and manage call care needs for both of them. This will require doing what is needed and scheduling caregivers and nurses as needed. This would be a great job for a social worker with great management skills.
