Assistance with care for my grandmother who is 94 years old. Need help with getting her out of the to perform daily activities ( wash face, brushing teeth, assistance with getting her into and out of the shower, return to wheel chairs and placing her in the gerichair)

W hours needed to prepare for bed by getting her out of the gerichair onto the wheelchair nighttime routine of washing face and brushing teeth, changing diaper, placing gown on then placing her in the bed.
