Respite Care- surgical recovery

Grandmother went through an intense mouth surgery 2 weeks ago and is recovering. Need someone with medical background, preferably respiratory experience as she struggles with coughing as a result of surgery. Cannot eat or drink (feeding tube). Request is for overnight care for my mother to be able to go home and sleep.
