Seeking care for a 53 year old female who suffered a stroke 3 weeks ago. Needs help with walking and dressing. Able to walk with assistance and walker to bathroom. Needs assistance in and out of shower, but can bathe herself. She has a diabetic monitor, so no glucose checks necessary. Only receives blood pressure medication and blood thinner in the morning with breakfast. Has delayed speech due to stroke but can communicate. Seeking individual for 3 days/week.
