My mom is rather self sufficient. Her memory isn't the best so we'd need have meal prep and reminders for medication. She likes to spend some time outdoors, or just need a companion to watch TV or help her learn things i.e Smart TV's, or Physical/Mental Activities

She likes to visit the supermarket, she would need someone come with her to purchase groceries once a week. Also light cleaning (or throwing items out) may be necessary

She enjoys when someone is action and goal oriented, for example "Today we're going to do X, or let's plan to have this done by this week". She enjoys working out, dancing, the outdoors and learning new things.

We also prefer to check-in with the caregiver once or twice a week for feedback.

Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
