I'm looking first for help cleaning as I recover from an autoimmune flare up that knocked me off my feet for a month. Things are piled up and at first I'll mostly be sitting directing where things go. Up front I'm looking for several hours a day, with cleaning tapering off over time as I recover.
Ideally once the house is under control, we can start working on handy services together and I will teach use of tools for assembling furniture, whole house filter purge and replace, tile grout and seal, gardening for food and native species, propagating African violets for fun and a little $, landscaping earthworks (heavy lifting), minor carpentry, even some IT work like setting up a Network Attached Storage and migrating RAID drives, installation of security cameras, RV maintenance and remodel, etc.
