I'm seeking care for my grandmother. She is in the care of my mother who needs/deserves a break. My grandmother is in her mid-90s, needs help getting in/out of bed, pottying, getting to the dinner table, taking her meds, etc. She's got dementia and is very forgetful. She also mostly speaks Portuguese (mainland, not Brazilian). She can understand English but doesn't remember how to speak it too well anymore. Spends most of the day asleep or watching TV.

Requirements:
1) Female. I'm so sorry, but she doesn't let men help her with anything. It has to be a woman.
2) Strength enough to lift her in and out of bed, and from wheelchair to toilet and back.
3) Basic first aid training.
4) HIGHLY PREFERRED: Speaks Portuguese

Responsibilities:
1) Pottying
2) Food and medication prep (no injections, only pills)
3) Generally just being present and keeping an eye on her
