Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Adult Caregivers to join our on-call and temporary staffing team. As an Adult Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized care to adults with diverse needs in various settings.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and assistance to adults with different conditions in accordance with their individual care plans.

Assist with activities of daily living, including but not limited to Ambulation , Dressing, Toileting, Constant Supervision, Bathing, Light Housekeeping related to adult care, & Meal prep.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individuals under your care.

Engage in meaningful interactions and activities to promote socialization and well-being.

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in caregiving for adults with varying needs.

Speaks fluent English is required

Recent negative TB test and complete COVID-19 vaccination, including booster shot.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Must pass a background check.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
