My mother is 84 and lives alone in an independent living facility. My sister and I help her collaboratively but cannot provide adequate day-to-dayShe is pre-diabetic, and does not get a lot of exercise. Additionally she has intermittent bouts of vertigo and cannot stand to cook for long, but loves to cook.

Duties will include
* Initial visit and assessment nutrition and exercise with recommendation for ongoing habits and diet
* visit at least three days a week for approximately 2-4hrs each visit
* ensure medications are up to date and being taken
* ensure proper nutrition and eating habits are in place
* ensure daily exercise program is established and adhered to
* ensure home is clean and free of hazards
* assist with light chores like grocery shopping, medication pickup, and doctor visits as required
* advise family of initial recommendations, ongoing updates, and any changes in health or conditions
