Hello,
I am writing this on behalf of my father, Steve. We are in need of assistance with home care services, including but not limited to: bathing, meal preparation, medical transportation, grocery shopping, companionship, and daily walks (currently uses walker). Currently, Steve lives in a room and board as part of independent living. He is also diabetic, and may need help with blood sugar monitoring and daily medications.
