My father has Parkinson's. He falls occasionally and we would like to have someone in the home to help prevent falls, prepare lunch and go for walks with walker throughout the day while keeping close eye that he does not fall. He is fairly good at walking but needs to be reminded to use his walker. He does not need assistance to use the restroom or changing his clothes, just general walking around the house and backyard. It is mostly reminding him to slow down and use his walker.
