We are in search of a compassionate and skilled care provider to support our 20-year-old son who has intellectual disabilities. The care provider will be responsible for engaging him in age-appropriate activities that foster his independence and assist with his personal care needs.
Responsibilities include: Spend time with our son doing things he enjoys and help him learn new skills
Help him with everyday things like getting dressed, going to the toilet, and eating meals; Support and encourage self-advocacy and decision-making
Qualifications include: an open mind to work and adapt to my son's personality; respectful and empowering approach to care
