Hi! I'm Desirae but most call me Des! I am 20 years old and I love being around kids. I grew up in a big family, so I've always been around them. I'm also the oldest sibling, grandchild, and niece so I was always helping out with the younger ones, and it's something I enjoy doing! I have always felt that care giving is something that comes naturally to me. I've worked with kids of different ages. I like going for walks or playing at the park. I love planning different activates we could do that day whether it's going to the zoo or finger painting. I absolutely don't mind helping out with homework or household chores. My main goal is to make a family's life easier! I have no certifications currently, but I am working towards it. I currently just completed 40 hours of RBT training. Not only have I worked with children in my family, but I have worked with other families in the past and in clinical settings. Cats are a bit harder for me, depending on how many, due to allergies but I love animals nonetheless!
