Occasional sitter for three high-energy kiddos

Hello! We have 3 wonderful, high-energy children - two girls ages 8 and 6 and one boy age 3.
We are looking for occasional help primarily in the evenings (anytime 4:00pm and after) when either my husband or I am traveling out of town. Between both our traveling schedules, we would need help 1-2 times per month for a few days at a time in the evenings to help one of us with the 3 kids at home. Additionally, looking for help in the evenings 1-2 times per month so my husband and I can have a date night.
We live in Oak Creek, WI. Ideally, would be great if lived within a 20 min drive.
Requirements

- School-age experience
- Sitter has own car
