My son is 13 and is completely incontinent so you have to check him every half an hour or so because he won't tell you when he used his diaper and he doesn't need pants inside so you can check him easily and you can pretty much just treat him like a baby
Change diapers and babysit try to get him to be less shy around you and don't let him convince you he doesn't need diapers he's done that before and it didn't end well
