We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient individual willing to provide support for a child who has higher behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with these challenges, be able to maintain firm boundaries while offering a safe and structured environment, and have the high energy to engage in fun activities together (He really enjoys fishing). Strong communication skills and the ability to potentially manage physical and verbal aggression with calmness and consistency are essential.
