A loving family in the Green Lake area is looking for a reliable and experienced backup care sitter to provide in-home care for their 9-month-old daughter. Care will be needed on an as-needed basis with short notice (ideally 12-24 hours in advance). This is a long-term opportunity to support a working mom who is home-based.

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Long term
Rate: $30/hour
Schedule: Flexible, as needed basis
Weekdays during regular business hours (8am-4pm)
Occasional/as-needed
The family can provide a 12-24 hour notice.

Responsibilities
Engage in playtime and age-appropriate activities.
Assist with diaper changes and manage nap schedules.
Go on walks and provide stimulating outdoor activities.
Bottle feed on occasion and feed some solids (mother breastfeeds).
Provide comfort and care when the baby has minor illnesses (e.g., common cold, low-grade fever due to teething).
Communicate with the family regarding care routines and any concerns.
