We are a loving family with a 12 year old, Oliver. He is bright, curious, and enjoys routines. Oliver has autism, so patience and understanding are key. We appreciate a sitter who is kind, attentive, and experienced in working with neurodiverse children.

We need a sitter who can engage Oliver in structured activities, help him with his routine, and ensure a calm and supportive environment. Encouraging him to complete schoolwork, if needed, and assisting with transitions are important. Experience with autism is a plus.
