Looking to find a go-to sitter for our infant (and two dogs)

Our family is looking for a semi-regular babysitter to watch our infant daughter on an as needed basis. In addition to the baby, we have 2 dogs that would be at home as well. Our daughter is generally happy and is a good communicator when she is hungry, dirty, or tired.
