1 day per week sitter for three easy going kids

I have a reoccurring work meeting every Tuesday from 5-6 PM Pacific Time. I need a reliable babysitter to watch my 3 kids while I work from home.
Additionally, we would love for our sitter to be able to commit to 1 weekend day each month for a date night.
The kids are young but generally well behaved. We do have a Golden Retriever so I ask that you are comfortable with pets.
