Sitter for a 20 month old toddler

We would like to hire a sitter for our 20 month old boy. The sitter would ideally be working 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thursday) for 4 hours a day from 9AM to 1 PM. We expect them to play with our kid, read books to him, and take him out to play.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Tutoring
- Light laundry
- Light housekeeping
- Toilet training
