Help needed for two toddlers at a family wedding!

Need help with a family wedding on 8/3 7-11 pm and 8/4 (2:30 pm to 11 pm). Children at 18 months and 3 1/2.
The sitter will need to get them fed, bathed and into bed. Friday night they will likely already bed fed and my son may be asleep.
Wedding is out Mountain Too Resort and we are staying in a house so children will have separate sleeping area.
Requirements
