day sitter for newborn

me and my husband are both currently active duty in the navy. we are expecting our first child in december.
need a sitter for day care during working hours. would need basic chilcare for our newborn such as feedings, diaper changes, nap time, mild entertainment… etc.
me and my husband are expecting in december and will be on maternity leave for roughly 12 weeks and will need a sitter around mid late february/ early march.
