Hi! I'm Ryan, and my six year old daughter's name is Audrey (and she's awesome).
I need occasional babysitter support during work days when Audrey is off school or during summer days without camp, plus occasional coverage for a few hours on some evenings. The main requirement is that Audrey gets comfortable with her sitter -- she values familiarity and doesn't immediately warm to new people (but she comes around without too much effort). Keeping her entertained is the main responsibility. We have plenty of activities around the house, and parks within walking distance.
Scheduled days/nights will normally be with plenty of advance notice. I don't envision last-minute needs, but can't rule out asking in case of an unforeseen emergency.
