Part time babysitter for energetic toddler

I am currently in my third trimester of pregnancy and I have a 23 month old who is very energetic.
I am looking for a sitter who will assist me with my toddler during the day and help me to have breaks from him to be able to study.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Toilet training
