Looking for someone to come watch my 8-year-old son Rayden while I'm out in DC. If you get along well, I'll probably seek your services again occasionally. I have a 12 year old daughter who is in the house as well, but she is extremely independent and does not need to be babysat/watched like my son does, so she is not included in the job ask. Rayden has ADHD and can sometimes get frustrated or react to his emotions differently than others, but rarely does he lose control with strangers.
Honestly, just keep an eye on Rayden, hang out and play with him (if he desires, he may want to just play video games or go to bed early), and call me if any issues come up. Otherwise, I usually always have pizza ordered and ready on babysitter nights that you're welcome to eat too, so no need to set up dinner. Rayden also goes to bed on his own, so no need to supervisor or walk him through his bedtime routine.
Truly just asking for someone reliable. If you say you're available to do the job, I just ask that you have strong communication with me and don't ghost me or cancel on me at the last minute if you can help it. It is refreshing to have someone that's serious about fulfilling the job and doesn't leave me hanging last minute. I appreciate the support and so does Rayden!! :)
