In search of one caregiver that we can rely on to babysit our two children, 5 month old girl and 4 year old boy. Job duties include, but not limited to managing bedtime routine, if care is needed within that time frame, meal/snack preparation, and really engaging with our kids, mainly the 4 year old, as we rarely use screen time in the house (but aren't against it during desperate times.)
