We would need someone reliable to get our oldest on the school bus on school mornings and hang out with our youngest until one of us is home. Usually there are no meal times or bedtime routines and if there are I will have them prepared etc, It is a very easy gig.

We are in mechanicsville near the library, our schedule does vary, the position is part time but the earliest times we’ve needed care is 4:00am and the latest is midnight. We typically don’t need anyone more than a few hours a day, some days are 2-3 hours and others can be 6 hours between our need in the morning and evening
