Both parents have flexible schedules (days and hours) thus can also be flexible with caregiver. My daughters 12, fun and likes to watch tv dance and sing. She has weakness on either her left or right side at times and may need assistance.
Duties:
Take her off the school bus in the afternoons. Occasional to the park.
Care while parents work (she mostly watches tv or plays with her toys)
Provide snacks /meals (already prepared)
Prep for bed.
