Take care of both children occasionally when needed. Maddie(newborn) is still an infant and very fragile so experience with newborns is a must. She drinks breast milk only which will be supplied. Bryce (17 month old) is running around and requires someone very attentive. He can be mischievous. He has a normal diet and can drink out of a sippy cup. No bottles and only has one nap a day between 1-4. Sitter will only need to temporarily watch kids on a as needed basis.
