Family of 5 (3 kids). Older kiddos are very friendly and usually helpful and well-behaved; the toddler is not used to babysitters or strangers, so may take some getting used to, but is generally easy-going. Husband works from home, and I am FTM.

I am looking for someone who is kind, responsible, can act quickly in an emergency, and can follow my house rules (which I don’t think are too strict - lol; they include no screens and a particular diet for toddler; older kids have more grace in those areas).

I am looking for someone who I can schedule with as-needed—likely 2-4x per month, for 4-8 hours at a time. Sometimes I will be home working on projects; other times I will leave you with kids.
